World level of jet fuel supplies
The Aerofuels Group makes considerable investments into development of the fuel supply system at Russian airports in order to ensure that its quality is in line with the highest international standards. To achieve this objective, the Group has developed its own jet fuel supply network at airports of the Russian Federation.
The company has been operating TZA-20-65053 refuellers of the latest design since 2001. This mobile refueller was manufactured by Aviatechnologia company in conformity with all Russian and international requirements for fuelling equipment. Its vital components are made by world leading producers, the fuelling module, for example, has been manufactured by the French Titan Aviation. The TZA-20-65053 refueller is able to perform various technological operations with jet fuel: filling, storing, filtering and aircraft refuelling to name a few. Its advanced features made it possible to surpass Russian quality standards of jet fuel purification, mechanical and water contamination by an unprecedented factor of 2. Moreover, the refueller's design allows for further upgrading and modernisation as necessary.
The fueller is capable of on-line changing fuelling regimes, switching into optional anti-icing liquid dispensing mode. This allows for unlimited usage of the refueller with any type of Russian or foreign aircraft after few additional manipulations.
The automatic shut-off system incorporates a wide range of protective functions providing safe functioning of the refueller as well as safety of the involved fixed airport fuelling facilities and aircraft.
By this time TZA 20–65053 is in operational use at airports of Novosibirsk (Tolmachevo), Moscow (Domodedovo), Ufa and Irkutsk.
Our company is active in modernisation, refirbishment of airports and supplying them with leading Aerofuels fuelling equipment.
AVIATION FUELLER TZA 20–65053 is designed for transportation of aviation fuels and fueling aircraft with jet fuel T-1, TS-1. RT (GOST 10227) in pure form and in mixtures with anti-icing liquid in proportion 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3% to the volume of fuel.
Fueller is designed for operation in out-of-class airports, airports of I, II, III class and in international civil aviation airports in moderate climate at air temperature from minus 40C to 40C at RH not more than 95% (at temp.20C)
Fueller is a road-train which consits of single fueller with mounted 20000L tank and trailer with mounted 20000 tank. Fueller is equiped with filtration-pumping module.
